• Arrival: Use the private pre-arrival message for garage/lobby/door access. Never share codes in reviews or group chats. Standard check-in is 4:00 PM EDT; early check-in is not available.
• Elevators & keys: High-rises use fobs/cards — treat them like house keys; report a lost fob immediately.
• Climate: A/C is your friend in summer humidity. Close balcony doors when cooling; set a reasonable temp when you leave for the beach. At checkout, leave A/C / thermostat at 72°F.
• Kitchenette: No full kitchen — microwave and refrigerator only. Great for reheating and cold drinks; plan restaurants or takeout for most meals. Wipe the microwave and fridge before checkout.
• Laundry: Communal building laundry (not in-unit) — follow any building card/payment notes in the private guide (no codes listed here).
• Entertainment: TV with Sling TV streaming. Bring your own logins for personal accounts.
• Balcony: Enjoy the ocean air; secure towels and light furniture in wind. No shaking rugs over the rail onto neighbors below.
• Beach gear: We do not provide chairs, umbrellas, or other beach gear in the unit. Tip: Huggins Beach Service rents chairs and umbrellas with delivery in the Myrtle Beach area — (843) 340-9084 (seasonal; call to confirm availability).
• Building amenities: Indoor pool and hot tub (year-round), outdoor pool (seasonal), and gym — follow posted hours and building rules. Wristband/access details come in your private message.
• Beach access: Direct / building beach access via marked paths. Rinse sand at outdoor showers if provided before entering carpeted halls.
• Security cameras: Follow listing disclosures and house rules for common-area cameras. No indoor cameras in private living space.
• Issues: Message us on Airbnb/Vrbo for non-emergencies (A/C, Wi-Fi, appliance). For building emergencies (flood, fire alarm), follow posted building procedures and call 911 if needed.

House rules

1. Respect quiet hours — sound travels in concrete towers and open balconies. Follow building/HOA quiet hours.
2. No parties or events, bachelor/bachelorette blowouts, or guest counts above the booking (max 4).
3. Follow all building/HOA pool, hot tub, and deck rules (hours, glass, kids’ zones).
4. No smoking indoors; outdoor smoking only where building rules allow.
5. Towels and linens stay in the unit — don’t take house towels to the beach (pack or rent beach towels).
6. No hanging wet suits over balcony rails in ways that drip on units below.
7. Trash goes in designated chutes/rooms — never leave bags in hallways.
8. Do not prop lobby or stair doors open.
9. Report damage or maintenance issues promptly.
10. Leave remotes, cards, and parking passes where the private checkout note says.

• Rip currents: Always check flag warnings; swim near lifeguards; kids with water wings still need an adult’s eyes.

• Shoulder seasons (spring/fall): Lovely walking weather, fewer crowds, still-swimable water some weeks — pack a light jacket for evening breeze.

Indoor pool and hot tub are year-round. Outdoor pool is seasonal. Gym available — confirm hours in your private amenity note.

Can we have more people sleep on the balcony / sofa for free?
No — occupancy limits are fire- and HOA-driven. Max guests: 4. Book the correct guest count.

Early check-in?

Is there a washer for sandy towels?
